1. Scope. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website www.neuroathleta.com, including account creation, booking of sessions, and payments made through the website.

2. Services. The website offers access to professional coaching services. Coaching is a non-clinical, non-therapeutic service and does not replace psychological therapy, medical treatment, or other professional healthcare services.

3. Booking and Payments. Sessions must be booked in advance via the website. Payment is required at the time of booking. Prices are displayed prior to confirmation.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling. Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or not attended, will be charged in full.

5. Coaching Relationship. The coaching relationship itself is governed by a separate Coaching Agreement, which is provided to and signed by the client prior to or at the start of the coaching engagement. In case of conflict, the signed Coaching Agreement shall prevail.

6. User Responsibilities. Users are responsible for: Providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, and using the website and services lawfully and respectfully. Coaching services for minors require the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

7. Limitation of Liability. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is assumed for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or services. The coach does not guarantee specific outcomes from coaching services.

8. Data Protection. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

9. Applicable Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the client’s country of residence remain unaffected.
