    For those who are just beginning their exercise journey —whether they’ve never trained before or have taken a long break and feel unsure how to start again. Also, for athletes of every level, from beginners to elite performers, as well as for teams and the staff who support them.

    NeuroAthleta is for anyone looking to strengthen their mindset, identity, habits, and life skills to enhance both performance and well-being. Coaches and support staff can also benefit when aiming to refine their communication, leadership, and athlete-development strategies.

  • If you feel something is holding you back —performance anxiety, lack of routine, low confidence, poor planning, injury frustration, or difficulty balancing life and sport— then mental coaching can help.
    If you’re unsure, just reach out. I’ll tell you honestly whether NeuroAthleta is a good match for your situation.

  • This is a coaching service, so neither therapy nor clinical psychology. Coaching focuses on performance, mindset, habits, and personal development. It does not diagnose mental health conditions, treat psychological disorders, or prescribe medication.
    While I draw on scientific knowledge from sport psychology and neuroscience, my work remains coaching-oriented.
    If at any point I believe you would benefit from clinical support, I will clearly let you know and refer you to the appropriate professional. Your well-being always comes first.

  • It depends on your goals and what you want to work on. I cannot set a fixed duration in advance, because the point f the process is that it unfolds naturally and at your own pace.

    As a general guideline, most individual coaching processes last 3–6 months, with more frequent sessions at the beginning; but again, this is highly individual.
    For teams, support usually follows the competitive season.
    HRV-specific guidance typically ranges from 2–5 sessions, depending on your familiarity with the topic and your goals.

  • No. A smartphone is enough to get started. If you are not familiar with HRV, you will learn how to measure it in the first session.
    If you already use a wearable that measures HRV, we’ll check its accuracy and — if reliable — work with your existing data.

  • Yes: the work strengthens stress regulation, resilience, emotional control, and well-being. While not therapy, this type of evidence-based mental-body performance coaching aligns with preventive health.

  • I offer online coaching worldwide and in-person sessions in/around Zurich, Switzerland. I’m also open to traveling —simply ask and we'll figure out the details

  • Fees depend on the type of service (coaching, HRV-related, or combined approach) and whether the sessions are online or in person. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote, along with available and safe payment options.

  • Life happens. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows me to offer the time slot to someone else. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

  • I offer my services in English, Spanish, and Catalan. I can also work in French when needed.
